A well known area for these barber shops is Nguyen Phi Khanh in District 1. Another is Tran Hung Dao in District 5. A well known place is called Ben Ny 110 on Dien Bien Phu in District Bihn Thanh. The bad thing about Ben Ny is that the place is popular with clueless tourists who overpay. So even foreigners who know better are asked for exorbitant sums at Ben Ny or “Benny’s” now. Saigon’s blowjob barber shops are fun and easy. You walk in, they give you a girl and then you go to a barber chair or a private booth. This still isn’t too bad since it’s only 400,000 or 500,000 Dong which is like 20 dollars American. I guess I’d be pissed off if I was a local though since the original prices including tip were as little as 200,000 Dong a few years ago.
